Overview
Tendria does not require an account, does not use cloud sync, and does not include advertising or analytics SDKs. The app is designed so session records, optional notes, reflections, cue events, and heart-rate samples stay on your device unless Apple system features you use move data between your paired devices.
Information Tendria handles
Tendria may handle session timing, selected rhythm, cue count and cue events, overall feel, intensity, tags, optional notes, source device information, and optional Apple Watch heart-rate samples.
Local storage
Tendria stores saved records locally on your iPhone using Apple system storage. Notes and reflections are stored only when you choose to save a record.
Apple Watch and HealthKit
On Apple Watch, Tendria requests permission to read heart-rate data and to run a HealthKit workout session so Apple can provide live heart-rate samples during the session. The app may request workout sharing authorization as part of Apple's workout-session process, but Tendria does not save a workout record to HealthKit. Heart-rate access is optional, and Tendria can still run a session without heart-rate data.
Tendria uses heart-rate samples for personal reflection only. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, or medical accuracy claims.
Watch-to-iPhone transfer
When you use Tendria on Apple Watch, session information may transfer locally to the paired iPhone through Apple WatchConnectivity system frameworks. Tendria does not send this information to a Tendria server.
Accounts and cloud services
Tendria does not provide an account system and does not operate a cloud sync service. Device-level backups, iCloud settings, or Health app behavior are controlled by Apple and your device settings, not by Tendria.
Analytics, advertising, and tracking
Tendria does not add analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or third-party tracking SDKs. These public pages are hosted by GitHub Pages. Tendria does not add analytics, cookies, or tracking scripts to this site, but GitHub may process standard technical request information under GitHub's own policies.
User-provided support messages
Contacting support is optional. Tendria receives only the information you choose to send. The message is sent using your email provider and received by Tendria through Gmail/Google. Email providers may process and retain the message and related technical metadata under their own policies. Please do not send sensitive health details, intimate details, passwords, payment information, or authentication codes. This website does not contain a support form.
Data deletion
You can edit or delete individual saved records in the app. Delete All Data removes Tendria's locally saved records and their associated notes, reflections, heart-rate samples, and cue events from the app's local storage.
Security and device protection
Tendria can protect saved records with device authentication when you enable that setting. Device authentication is handled by Apple's LocalAuthentication system. Tendria does not know or store your Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode.
Children's privacy
Tendria is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children's personal information through the app. If you believe a child has sent personal information in a support email, contact us at tendria.support@gmail.com so the message can be reviewed and handled appropriately.
